TTTF is suited to full sun locations and can do well in cold northern climates down to the southern transition zone where K31 and other cold season grasses can and will struggle. Germinates quickly, under 10 days normally making it easy to overseed with.

2020年7月19日 · The TTTF will give you great heat/drought tolerance. The bluegrass will form a knitting action, and really fill in the lawn. Id stay with 90% TTTF and 10% KBG mix (or around that)

2010年8月25日 · My biggest issue with TTTF is its lack of self repair. So if your yard has enough sunlight my choice would be KBG. I live in the transition zone and TTTF is the vast majority of grass here. Almost everyone that I know here with TTTF overseeds at least every other year.

2025年2月2日 · Has anyone with cool season grass seeded Amity tttf from twin city seed? Supposedly you can mow 1 inch or lower. I think it would be better than KBG?
