As of June 24, 2024, TUI AG shares will once again be part of the MDAX on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Index provider ISS STOXX confirmed that TUI meets the necessary free-float market capitalisation criteria. This marks the tourism group's return to the German share index after approximately nine years.

From Monday, June 24, Tui will rejoin, after a nine-year absence, the MDAX index of mid-cap stocks in Frankfurt, where it will have its sole listing. "With the listing in the MDAX, we are putting a clear focus on one stock exchange listing – instead of two previously," says Tui Chief Financial Officer Mathias Kiep.
