2014年3月7日 · As the title suggests, how damaging is turbo flutter/ dosing? I've read a few threads trying to find an answer but found nothing. Found plenty of info on how to make it flutter though. I was lead to believe it is really bad for your turbo. True or not? I have bought a stock BA turbo with the factory bov return line thing capped off.

2018年1月14日 · Everyone will have a opinion on this, I've never damaged a turbo or anything else, from no BOV on my old R33 to when I set up my BOV spring really tight, dose is not surge. ATM my BOV spring (GFB Respons) is adjusted tight enough for it to dose for a reason.

2008年1月12日 · ahhh many thanks..... hmmm since i was about 4 i knew that plumb back was the only way to live so no wonder ive never heard of this so called "turbo dose" heheheh p.s. only turbo engines ive ever had are rb20 and rb26dett..... never thought twice about haveing a atmospheric bov..... prefer recycling my air and reducing lag personally!
