2020年6月7日 · The type 38 has 2 locking lugs at the very front of the bolt, that cam into the lug recesses at the back of the chamber. Yours has no lugs, no recesses. Bolt is held ONLY by that single rib riding against the shoulder of the action.

If you want to know what caliber it is, have a smith check it with a 6.5x50mmSR Arisaka (Japanese), a 7.62x39mm, or 7.92x57mm Mauser go/no-go gauges.
