The program includes Nepali and English practice modes; with 3 different keyboard layouts for Nepali (traditional, traditional unicode, romanized unicode) and 1 for English layout (qwerty). To make it more fun to learn/improve typing, we have also included classic Ramayan game as well.

Classic Mode in Online Typeshala helps you learn typing with help of predefined lessons. You will be able to see challenge sentence and try to type the sentence as quickly as possible. There are multiple languages and keyboard layouts you can choose using the menubar.

Online Typeshala is a typing tutor inspired from the old typshala program. The old typshala is a DOS based application and doesn't work in newer version of the Windows. The program hasn't been ported to work with Windows 8 and Windows 10.
