The U.S. Embassy’s American Citizens Services (ACS) Unit provides a variety of emergency and non-emergency services to U.S. citizens in Ukraine.

U.S. citizens in need of emergency assistance in Ukraine should contact American Citizen Services Unit at [email protected].

The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv is staffed by approximately 181 Americans and more than 560 Ukrainians. The current Ambassador of the United States of America to Ukraine is Bridget Ann Brink.

The Consular Section in Kyiv is a team of American and Ukrainian staff dedicated to protecting the lives and interests of U.S. citizens overseas and to advancing closer ties between Ukraine and the United States.

Our Non-Immigrant Visa unit serves Ukrainian citizens applying for a visa to visit, work, or study in the United States. The Consular Section is staffed by American Foreign Service Officers and local-hire Ukrainian nationals, and is committed to ensuring the highest quality of customer service to all of its patrons.
