To be able to issue a Certificate of Origin (CoO): You shall have a company registered in the system as an exporter or as a producer. You shall have a valid trade license to start issuing the certificate. If you are a producer: You shall have a valid industrial license.

2024年7月9日 · Ministry of Economy issues a detailed Certificate of Origin for national products to prove that they conform to the guidelines and criteria outlined in the economic agreements signed by the UAE with other countries. This certificate enables companies to claim exemption or reductions in customs duty and gain a smooth entry into foreign markets.

Log in to the Ministry of Economy portal using username and password. Select Request a Certificate of Origin under Certificate of Origin Services.
