The Administration Office follows the same schedule for holiday closures as the RWC Main Facility. The Climbing Tower will be closed from August 3rd-August 11th. The Outdoor Adventure Center will be closed from August 3rd until August 11th. Personal Training Open Hours follow the holiday and closure calendars for the facility they are provided at.

Group Exercise offers a wide variety of fitness classes conducted by nationally certified instructors. Various formats offered include but are not limited to resistance training, mind/body, cardiovascular endurance, plyometrics, and cycling. Sign Up Here! View the Class Descriptions.

The UCF Recreation and Wellness Center (RWC) comprises many programs, such as Intramural Sports, Sport Clubs, Outdoor Adventure, Fitness, and Aquatics. The RWC is open to all students; paid memberships are available for non-students.

Fitness Attendants are primarily responsible for providing a clean, safe and helpful workout environment for the users of the Recreation and Wellness Center, as well as provide assistance to those working out. Additionally, Fitness Attendants will be responsible for cleaning assigned areas and assisting with Fitness Orientations when needed.

All students have access to our 149,000-square-foot facility with fitness equipment, a track, multipurpose courts and a climbing wall, plus outdoor amenities like sand volleyball courts, a leisure pool, a lap pool and intramural sports fields.
