The Housing Leadership Institute is a national award-winning program hosted by the UCF Residence Hall Association here at UCF. This conference is a five-day immersive leadership experience geared towards incoming Freshman and First-Time-In-College (FTIC) students, and takes place the week before the Fall semester.

The Residence Hall Association (RHA) is the residence hall association for the university. All residents living in on-campus housing, UCF Affiliated Housing, or the Rosen College of Hospitality Management Housing are automatically members of RHA. [2] They rebranded from the United Resident Student Association (URSA) to RHA in 2013. [3]
