The AS/EOP Grant funds are to be used to meet unusual educationally-related expenses that are incurred by regularly enrolled student members of the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP). Eligibility criteria must be met in order to qualify for the grant. To be eligible a student must meet the following 3 criteria: a student must be an EOP member

The Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP) is a state-wide college preparatory program sponsored by the University of California. UCSB EAOP currently serves students from select schools in Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Kern Counties.

EOP is proud of its peer program model, as it was the first program of its kind at UCSB. Our Mentors go through intensive training to assist and empower students to make an academically and socially successful transition to University life. EOP Mentors are dynamic student leaders from various class levels, academic interests and career goals.
