The United Peoples' Democratic Party (Somali: Ururka Dimuqraadiga Ummadda Bahawday), shortened UDUB, was one of the three political parties in Somaliland. It was founded by president Egal in July 2001 in the preparation of the elections, which were originally scheduled for December 2001, but then postponed. [1]

UW Bothell is not bad at all. They have a perfectly good CS program and you will be successful if you choose to go there. I think it all depends how bad you want to go to Seattle. If you still want to try for Seattle, attend a CC, then apply as a transfer student. If it does not work out, you can always transfer into UWB.
