UW Bothell is not bad at all. They have a perfectly good CS program and you will be successful if you choose to go there. I think it all depends how bad you want to go to Seattle. If you still want to try for Seattle, attend a CC, then apply as a transfer student. If it does not work out, you can always transfer into UWB.
