2011年10月18日 · Only a few miles from Norwich City centre, the University of East Anglia is set against a green canvas of trees and meadows, and at the centre of this scene is the UEA Lake, which is also known as University Broad. It’s a popular place for families and dog-owners to take a stroll, and joggers find the lake a good location for some exercise.

2020年9月1日 · The walk goes from the Colney Lane entrance to the UEA woods, around a small stretch of the River Yare, past the UEA Broad (also known as UEA Lake), follows the River Yare to Cringleford Bridge, then through Eaton to and around Marston Marsh before retracing your steps, with the variation of going back via the opposite side of UEA Broad.

The UEA Broad is the ‘Green Trail’ (see their map below) and is wonderful at sunrise and sunset – the walk is one lap of the Broad and provides beautiful views across the water from every angle.

2020年11月6日 · Hidden within the grounds of The University of East Anglia. The man made lake is a beautiful area to explore if you are dog walker, runner, family, or a student, like myself, who wants a break from the library.There are also bbq facilities and picnic benches for you to enjoy.

2025年3月23日 · Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the water as you follow the grassy path past the picnic benches along the banks of the large lake. Continue across the grassland, pass the iconic concrete pyramid-like ziggurat buildings of UEA, and the Sainsbury Centre, which holds interesting exhibitions worth checking out if you have the time.
