As per the directives of the Government of Punjab since 1999, the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore has been conducting the combined Entrance Test (ECAT) for admission to public sector engineering institutions in Punjab.

University of Engineering and technology ECAT test will conduct on March 17th, 2025. The ECAT entry test will start from March 17th to March 21st, 2025 and the last date for registration is March 3rd, 2025. The entry test is mandatory for the students to get admission in BSc Engineering and BSc Engineering Technology programs in Punjab.
