2024年8月23日 · Toddlers don't have a make up option without mods. I haven't updated my game yet (so it's on the version of the game that is before the Feb 25 burglar update) and I also don't have any mods or cc in my game and you can see that the makeup option is greyed out for my toddler, which is how it usually is without mods/cc.
