Well this was the group who discussed this topic and tried to answer that general question and an onslaught of more specific ones from the assembly.

On 12/21 we will discuss policies to reduce traffic congestion and allow people to move around in many other ways, including walking, biking and public transportation. We will also have a presentation by Kumu Kaleikoa Ka‘eo, Associate Professor at UHMC, on some important context for South Maui planning.
