Situated in the Campus Center Complex, the WRC provides 56,000 sq ft of exercise, restroom, and locker room spaces. The WRC offers approximately 100 pieces of the latest fitness equipment ranging from strength training, cardio, and wellness. There is also an indoor track and courts to provide open-play basketball and volleyball.

We are a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center equipped with an array of premier amenities and the medical expertise of Hackensack Meridian Health.

UHMC SPECIAL RATE! FIT6000 UHMC Wellness & Fitness. Open to current UHMC Staff, Faculty and Students only. Verified members pay a monthly fee of $39.00. Must show photo ID, proof of employment or enrollment at UHMC. This monthly fee includes all access pass to Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and RIPPED fitness courses when available.

2011年8月26日 · The University of Hawaii Maui College Wellness Center has seen a surge in popularity over the last year, thanks to its reasonable prices and variety of fitness classes.

Individuals will have the opportunity to learn a one-of-a-kind martial art. Beginners will learn eight steps, six blocks, and basic five elemental sets and as they improve they will learn other more advanced forms. All students must complete a UHMC Liability Waiver Form before partaking in our fitness classes.
