The DICR Program is a 11-week summer internship for undergraduate students interested in cancer research. The program provides integrated research, educational and clinical experiences that emphasize the translation of laboratory discoveries into clinical applications and inspire the next generation of cancer researchers and physician-scientists.

UMB AMPLIFY is supported by an ACS-DICR Postbaccalaureate grant through the American Cancer Society. It is administered by The University of Maryland Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center (UMGCCC) and the University of Maryland School of Medicine (UM SOM) at the University of Maryland Baltimore (UMB) campus.
