Each building has an information table where University departments or groups may place brochures, flyers, and business cards at the discretion of Housing staff. Drop off brochures, flyers, and business cards at the building's information desk. These areas are cleared of all content each semester or more often as needed. Questions?

Posters, flyers, and signs for outdoor posting will be no larger than 14 inches by 22 inches. Materials larger than 14 inches by 22 inches, should follow the guidelines in the Banners section. Chalking on the Twin Cities campus is limited to members of registered student groups and official University departments or offices.

Outside entities may post an 8.5x11” flyer on the two posting areas located in the Ven Den (Bohannon Hall) and outside of the Superior Dining Center. It is the responsibility of the business to both post AND date the flyer.
