2025年2月8日 · Download the ASME B1.1 pdf standard here. This Standard specifies the thread form, series, class, allowance, tolerance, and designation for unified screw threads. (In order to emphasize that unified screw threads are based on inch modules, they may be denoted unified inch screw threads.)
The UNJ screw thread is intended for threaded parts and used in weight sensitive applications requiring high fatigue strength, resistance to vibration, and where parts are physical size, and strength sensitive.
This International Standard specifies the general requirements and limit dimensions of inch series UNJ threads with controlled root radius for aerospace construction. It determines the basic triangular profile for this type of thread and gives a system for designating the diameter and

These series (and the UNR, UNJ and fixed-pitch series) are the inchbased thread series currently used in the United States, and have been since 1949.1 They superceded the American National Series (NC, NF, etc.) Pink shading indicates secondary sizes
The UNJ thread standard (ASME B1.15) defines a sys-tem of threads for highly stressed applications requir-ing high fatigue strength. It was derived from a military specification (MIL-S-8879). MIL-S-8879 was primarily thought of and used for aerospace fastener and thread-ed component applications.
2019年1月1日 · ASME B1.1, Unified Inch Screw Threads, is an integrated system of threads for fastening purposes in mechanisms and structures. Its outstanding characteristic is its general interchangeability of threads, achieved through the standardiza-tion of thread form, diameter-pitch combinations, and limits of size.

The UNJ thread standard (ASME B1.15) defines a system of threads for highly stressed applications requiring high fatigue strength. It was derived from a military specification (MIL-S-8879) originally published in December 1965.
UNJ thread is a thread form having root radius limits of 0.150 to 0.180 times the thread pitch. With these enlarged radii, minor diameters of external thread increase and intrude beyond the basic profile of the UN and UNR thread forms.
