KMR 1 was launched in October 2016, and features 24 units of modern apartments and 119 units of studio room.

Off-campus accommodation around the UPM campus is within a radius of 1KM-10KM. There are various flats, serviced apartments, condominiums, and terrace houses. The cost can vary from USD150 – USD650 per month / RM 500 – RM 2,000.

The UP Manila Dormitory is an eight storey dormitory launched in March 2020. It is located beside the College of Allied and Medical Professions. It has 248 bed capacity. The UP Manila Dormitory accepts female undergraduate students only. The fees for the UP Manila Dormitory will be socialized according to the STS bracket of the admitted residents.

2024年3月15日 · Kolej 10 mempunyai 2 buah blok (1 blok perempuan dan 1 blok lelaki, dengan 4 sayap dan 7 tingat setiap blok) dengan kapasiti bilik yang boleh diisi adalah sebanyak sehingga 1400 pelajar (2 pelajar sebilik). There are two (2) types of on-campus accommodation available for international students. They are International Transit House and University Residential College (for single students).
