UREC feature indoor space for fitness, swimming, strength, cardio and more. Each building includes conveniently located locker rooms and gender neutral, ADA accessible restrooms. Membership is restricted to Seattle University Students, Faculty, Staff, Alumni and Spouses/LDA/Dependents.
