U.S. Route 91 or U.S. Highway 91 (US 91) is a 172.7-mile-long (277.9 km) north–south United States highway running from Brigham City, Utah, to Idaho Falls, Idaho, in the U.S. states of Idaho and Utah.

US Highway 91 was the principal north-south route through Washington County from the time of the Arrowhead Trail to the opening of Interstate 15. US Highway 91 (now called Old Highway 91) came over the mountain from Beaver Dam AZ into Utah.

U.S. 91 combines with U.S. 89, 2.008 miles east of I-15/84 across the south side of Brigham City. U.S. 89/91 overlap east through Box Elder Canyon and north along the Wellsville Mountains to Wellsville Canyon. The two routes emerge in Cache Valley at Wellsville.
