Nov 15, 2024 · Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird and nine other NBA superstars led the U.S. back to the top of the podium and did it with the first-ever USA Basketball logo across their chests.

The new logo strives to retain all of the iconic elements of the previous mark (split typography, star and ball) but combine them in a more modern, purposeful way, with emphasis on creating a badge that adapted well for use on apparel. Note that this version of the logo differs slightly from the final version in-use.
