Your USCard ID is the property of USC and must be presented to university officials upon request. It is not transferable and use may be revoked for violation of university policy.

About Your USCard. Log in to your USCard account to: Load funds to card (students only); Check balance and transaction history; Manage meal plans; View accepted locations; Freeze card if lost or stolen; Reactivate card if found

Student Meal Plans and Discretionary Purchases. If you have a meal plan your card allows you access to our dining halls and university-owned dining and coffee facilities. Discretionary funds can be used at most retail and dining locations on both campuses and select Village locations.

Manage Your USCard. Students can manage their cards online or through our mobile app 24/7 to: Load funds to card; Check balance and transaction history

Replacement Card . The simplest way to replace your card is to submit your request online.The cost for a replacement card is $25. If your card is worn or damaged due to normal wear and tear, visit one of our customer service cen ters and we will replace it free of charge. Please bring your damaged/worn USCard with you at the time of your visit.

Mail Services. Drop off mail for same-day pick up: Stamped, metered, requisitioned and inter-campus mail by 3:30 p.m. Prepaid FedEx and UPS mail by 2:30 p.m.

2024年8月17日 · All meal plans are provided by Hospitality Services and administered by USCard Services. Residents of USC Housing will automatically be enrolled in a mandatory meal plan based on their university housing location and class standing.

Deposit Funds to Your USCard. Deposits can be made online with a credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover). You may also add funds to your card in person at one of our customer service centers.Faculty and staff may set up their cards for payroll deductions for use at all locations where USCard is accepted.
