There are four residence halls — Allegheny Hall, Brandywine Hall, Commonwealth Hall, and University Hall — located on North Campus. There are two garden-style apartment communities — The Village and East Village — located on South Campus.

Built in August of 2004, University Hall located on North Campus is home to 265 units and houses current residents. University Hall is a seven-story residence hall that offers suite-style living with semi-private bathrooms and amenities on every floor.

The Office of Residence Life and Housing, located in room 202 Lawrence Center, assists on campus residential students in all aspects of their on-campus living experience. This includes supervision of all residence hall staff, oversight of university policies and procedures related to campus housing.

2024年12月3日 · Pay rent directly to USH. A meal plan is required for students living in residence halls (choice of U ltimate, Purple, or Gold Dining Plans). Meal plans are optional for students living in on-campus apartments.

Brandywine Hall is a seven-story residence hall offering suite-style living with semi-private bathrooms and amenities on every floor. First-year and current students. Dimensions may vary slightly based on location within building – see floor plans for individual room sizes. Carpet. Self-regulated per suite. In suite.

All new residents must complete the Housing Checklist including roommate selection, the Housing Eligibility Form, Meningitis Waiver Form, selecting a meal plan, selecting a move-in timeslot and more. USH Managed Housing is another option on the campus of West Chester University.
