United States Powerlifting Coalition (USPC Tested) is happy to offer drug testing to those wishing to compete in that division. Lifters my elect to compete in the drug tested division at MOST meets. This option is not available at all meets.

Our judges test is the most innovative in the sport of powerlifting. We utilize an online testing platform that records I.P. addresses to prevent a person from taking the test for multiple people and prevents the same test from being given twice by cycling out the questions.

Why Powerlifting? Powerlifting is something I never thought I would see myself doing. I was working out at anytime fitness one day and got the opportunity to deadlift and after that I never stopped and switched to a powerlifting gym and set goals to compete.

In powerlifting, we typically increase resistance by adding more weight to the bar but we can also add some sort of additional resistance in the form of band tension, increasing time under tension with tempo/pause reps, or increasing the range of motion through variations in bars, and other movement parameters.
