2021年7月14日 · USPS reportedly has some Metris vans in use here in Benton County AR. I can't recall seeing any. If I see one I'll try to remember to get a pic. But there are some around. My Metris van just went back into the shop for a 3rd time to deal with a hot stalling issue and I was told there were a number (3) USPS Metris vans in for the same thing.

2024年1月29日 · The Metris is fine to deliver out of and having AC and blue tooth are a huge plus, as is having a nicer ride on bumpy roads. But it does take a little getting used to. It took me a while to be become accustomed to opening the side door for parcels and I had to change my entire loading scheme.

2021年4月6日 · We have 2 new subs starting soon. Any ideas/tips on training now that we are a Metris office (minus one)? Was easy to train in my POV. They could ride with me and learn. They certainly can't ride with me in the Metris. And.....How can we split the route when the time comes for them to start delivering? We only have 2 Metris' for our 3 route office.

2023年1月12日 · The Metris is unsafe as compared to the LLV and the FFV. There are no auxiliary mirrors. The LLV has pot mirrors that prove essential in daily operations. I’m a 31-year Rural Carrier and the USPS desk jockey who decided to put the Metris vans on curb routes must think that stupidity is a virtue.
