DO NOT send over the road (OTR) containers to the Mail Transport Equipment Service Center (MTESC) unless the containers are defective and require repair. Each defective container must have a REPAIR TAG applied before it is sent to the MTESC.

Just the common term carriers in my office use is OTR. 1075 is the utility item according to the handbook. But that thing has so many nicknames. As others have said a lot call them U carts. Technically GPMC refers to the equipment that your DPS probably comes on, with internal shelves and a folding metal door.
