Because they came four years later, the railway had some modifications to make to the original USRA design (Locobase 232).

Cylinders were 27" by 30" with drivers 69" in diameter. Boiler pressure was rated at 200 pi with a weight of 327,000 pounds and a tractive force of 53,900 pounds.
