USS Milius (DDG-69) is an Arleigh Burke-class (Flight I) Aegis guided missile destroyer of the United States Navy. It is the first US Navy ship named after a POW/MIA from the Vietnam War. She is named after Captain Paul L. Milius, a naval aviator presumed killed following the crash of his aircraft over Laos in February 1968.

USS Milius (DDG 69) was laid down 8 August 1994, christened on 25 October 1995 and commissioned at Ingalls shipyard on November 23, 1996 with Cmdr. D. E. Eisold as the commanding officer. In May 1998 USS Milius departed Naval Station San Diego, Calif., for its maiden deployment.
