Our online and on-campus programs at the English Language Centre (ELC) are designed to improve English proficiency for work, business, travel or academic pursuits. You can qualify by registering in the Intensive English Program (ELPI) at UVic's ELC. Some applicants who qualify for ELC preliminary admission may also be appropriate candidates for the university pathway program for international students .
