My UD enables students, faculty, and staff, and faculty to locate the forms and applications they need to conduct their University of Delaware business.

The University of Delaware provides email and calendaring, in addition to other Google Apps through G Suite (formerly Google Apps) for Education. The University also provides the Exchange Online service to current University of Delaware employees only.

Thousands of schools, colleges, universities, companies, and non-profit organizations have adopted Google Email. Included among these adoptions is the University of Delaware, whose Google domain is at googleapps.udel.edu .

Electronic mail (e-mail) is the official way that the University of Delaware communicates with its students and employees. Therefore, it is the responsibility of all students and employees to manage and read e-mail sent to their UD e-mail accounts (udel.edu).

Email Accessibility. In general, you should follow website accessibility best practices in your email campaigns and daily email messages. Things like color contrast, readability, headings, links and more are the same for email as they are for websites.

Web access to your account is available from a Web browser on any device. Point the browser at https://outlook.office.com and log in with your UD email address and password.

EECIS email has been discontinued. Central UDEL campus supports two alternative email services ( https://www.udel.edu/mail/ ). Additionally, we are no longer in control over mail forwarding the for the following domains: eecis.udel.edu, ee.udel.edu, ece.udel.edu, cis.udel.edu.
