2024年5月12日 · University of Doha for Science and Technology team (UDST) claimed the title of the Qatar Universities Football Tournament for sport season 2023-2024 after winning the first place and signed off a tally of 16 points, Ahmed Bin Mohammed Military College occupied the second place ( 15 points) while Qatar University finished third with 8 points.

2024年9月15日 · Students from UDST recently participated in the 2024 Sasol Solar Challenge by building a solar-powered car. The team, consisting of 13 students and 4 faculty members from the College of Engineering and Technology, dedicated 6 months to design and construct the innovative vehicle.

University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) was officially established by the Emiri Decision No.13 of 2022, and it is the first national university that specializes in academic applied, technical, and professional education in the State of Qatar. UDST has over 70 Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs, and diplomas.

2024年9月16日 · UDST students from Doha, Qatar, have created a solar-powered car to compete in the Sasol Solar Challenge 2024 in South Africa. The team consisted of 13 students and 4 faculty members from the College of Engineering and Technology who spent 6 months designing and building the car.

2024年9月16日 · The UDST team focused on maximizing solar photovoltaic efficiency, enabling their innovative car to generate enough energy for up to seven hours of daily driving. After careful consideration of various designs, the team ultimately selected the lightest model that promised the highest energy output.
