The Residence Halls Association (RHA) is a Student Housing and Residential Life student organization with a focus on improving the on campus experience through programming, providing leadership opportunities, and serving as residential governance for all students on campus at the University of Houston.

The University of Houston RHA strives for a fulfilled resident population through building community, developing leadership, and encouraging personal growth. RHA represents all students who live on campus for Student Housing and Residential Life.

The Residence Halls Association (RHA) is a student organization that focuses on improving the on campus experience by putting on programs and providing leadership opportunities to all residents. All students living in Moody Towers, and Cougar Village I, Cougar Village II, University Lofts, Cougar Place and Bayou Oaks are members of RHA.

Be sure to join us in the RHA Boardroom every other Tuesday at 7:00 PM to hear about legislation in your residence hall and hear from auxiliary services. Come be the voice of change in your hall!

RHA is the governmental voice of the residence halls and shall deal with issues of concern to these halls. It shall serve as a means of communication among its membership, the various components of the University of Houston, its surrounding communities, and its regional and national affiliates.
