The six parking zones are located in different parts of campus. Students deciding which zone to select can use the following guide to help them make the choice that works the best for them. Click on each permit type for information on the rules for parking with that particular permit. You must park where your parking permit designates if it is Monday-Thursday between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.

A valid UH parking permit is required to park on the University of Houston campus at all times, unless paying to park in a visitor parking location. Parking rules are enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and university holidays.

Zone B is located on the north side of campus, just south of Elgin Street, and comprises lot 16B. Close to: Blaffer Art Museum, Moores Opera House, Moores School of Music, Wilhelmina's Grove, Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and Design, Jack J. Valenti School of Communication, Fertitta Center

2021年4月27日 · To add, Zone A-C are generally along the same level of safety. It’s more about the location and where you would go most often. Zone D is ok but Zone E and F are the worst in terms of location

2019年4月9日 · Zone B is the best for my major. Zone B and A are good alternative to Zone C imo. east garage is the nicest, always spots available, I think you would like it ! Zone C is the zone closest to the business/engineering/law area, so it’s convenient for those students. It is nearest to the student student too!

2023年8月12日 · Currently on the waitlist for zone F. Is there any possible way I can get one now this is really worry-some? If you saw in previous Reddit post about parking availability all the zones are full.

Vehicles must display a current UH System Campus permit and are permitted to park in the following areas: Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. -3 p.m.: Zone E ungated parking lots.
