What is the UCard? Much more than a simple ID card, the UCard is the only card students need to carry on campus. It is their student ID card, access card and cash card all rolled into one. The UCard is used all over campus for purchases, meal plans, library services, printing, as well as access to the gym, special events and other secure areas.

UNB uses this third party service provider, Blackboard Inc. to operate the UCard Online services, which provides the necessary compliant secure platform for ecommerce transit information.

UNB Recreation Services (URec) is the campus provider of recreational programs and services. If you’re a full-time UNB student, you’re automatically registered as URec member! Your UNB UCard serves as a URec membership card and provides you with access to the Richard J. CURRIE CENTER and LB Gym/SMA Pool.

You can use your UCard right away. Once you have your UCard, it's ready for you to start using immediately to access services and secure areas.
