There are standalone zip files for each operating system in Releases which contain everything needed for Unciv to run. If you have Java 8, and are familiar with the command line, there are (considerably smaller) JARs in Releases which you can run with java -jar Unciv.jar

What is "The Great Unciv Rework" It's an ambitious project that aims to modifiy the game, without removing the vanilla feeling. It includes: civs, buildings and policies, and offers the player new original mechanics to play with.

In this project, we were drawn to the excellent open-source game Unciv and are honored to attempt to construct a digital player based on LLM as a substitute for human opponents. An overpowered, building-based cheat mod for UnCiv. Really, that's it. No "Sandbox" difficulty or overpowered nations included, but either from another mod can work just fine.
