My online United account goes back all the way but is still missing so many flights, some of which because I didn't add my mileage plus number to my chase account when I booked some of the earliest flights and for the later ones, simply 'because'...they just seem to be missing from my mileage plus 'past flights' …

2022年4月6日 · United will be able to pull up the reservation and at least hint at the issue, which yes they might need to resolve through Chase. Chase Travel also has terrible customer service on top where reps don’t know anything about ticketing, based on my experience. United doesn’t charge $25 to resolve an issue, only to purchase new tickets by phone.

2023年2月16日 · Flight number(s) should be listed on OP's confirmation emails, separate email with eTicket (if there was a separate email), and listed when the trip is looked up on the United website or the app. Should list flight number (s), departure and destination airports, dates and departure/arrival times.

2014年6月9日 · The cheapest flight I found was through united so I booked it on the 1st of June and received an email saying the itinerary would be in effect for 24 hours due to a codeshare flight ticketing delay for the last part of my trip Sydney - Wellington which needed to get confirmation from the codeshare partner (Qantas).

I'm curious whether there is information encoded in the confirmation numbers.

2022年12月4日 · If this was a messaging glitch, talk about security issues!! I will never use my phone number in the United reservations again. I could have canceled this person's flight, changed contact info, added bags, etc. No login or verification is needed to do so. It didn't show me the whole phone number or whole email address, just the whole name.

2022年3月26日 · Hey, so I recently just booked an international round trip flight and everything is fine when I am going to my destination. However, on my itinerary, my return flight's first leg's confirmation number is the same as my departing flight but the other two legs of my flights are completely different from the rest of the flight.

2024年3月14日 · Reference your confirmation number for the phone call (United will call it the 'Air China Confirmation number' online but this is for Hong Kong Airlines, probably an oversight on United's part) Ask to pay for reserved seating ahead of time, it will come out to $105 HKD per seat per flight, with a $50 HKD service fee.

I booked a 2-leg flight with United but the operator is AirCanada (in hindsight I now see I should have just gone directly though AirCanada but again I was new to doing this type of journey so didn’t think much).
