International Exchange Program - America's Sea Cadets
The US Inbound Exchange will be held June 20 - July 2, 2024, in Washington, DC. This year we will invite international guests from Australia, Canada, and the Cayman Islands. We will select 4 US cadets to serve as hosts, using the same application process as the outbound exchanges. Passports are NOT required for this exchange.

FAQ - America's Sea Cadets
What are the ranks in Sea Cadets and how does a cadet rank up? In the Sea Cadets, ranks mirror the ranks in the U.S. Navy. Our ranks range from Recruit Candidate for beginners, up through various levels such as Seaman Apprentice, Seaman, and Petty Officer, to the highest cadet rank of Chief Petty Officer.

The U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps is the only congressionally chartered, military-oriented youth program where the participants (cadets and volunteers) are responsible for paying many of the program expenses out-of-pocket.
