UP 6939 : Description: CHEYENNE WY Oct 19 1977 -- Union Pacific DA40X 6939 is west of Cheyenne with a mixed freight. EMD built the 6939 (b/n 35513 in June 1971. It was retired March 18 1985 and sokd for scrap to St. Louis Auto Shredding (East St. Louis IL) on Oct 24 1985.
