All officially enrolled students, except non-degree students and cross-enrollees, can apply for a student ID card/validation sticker. ID fee is included in other school fees assessment during the student’s first enrollment in the university. How to Apply for Student ID/Validation Sticker:

To file your request for student ID, please complete the online request form at https://forms.gle/ CY1AUoQUqrefq9xr7. (1) Colored photo with specific color background by degree program. > Orange background for PTC, PhD, Diploma, or Master’s program student. > Red background for undergraduate program (Associate programs, BAMS, or BES) student.

How to Apply for Student ID: Step 1: Log in to the Student Portal and request for Student ID. If you cannot access the Student Portal, please send an email to [email protected]. Step 2: Upload your photo and signature; strictly follow the specifications found in the instructions.

MyPortal (https://myportal.upou.edu.ph) is our learning management system where the online classrooms are. If you are a new student, accounts will be created after the registration period. You will receive your credentials in your nominated email address.

If the request was made during the registration period, we usually allot 6-8 weeks of processing time. However, for regular days, ID processing is from 2-3 weeks upon receipt of the request.
