In the Hebrew Bible, the Urim (Hebrew: אוּרִיםʾŪrīm, "lights") and the Thummim (Hebrew: תֻּמִּיםTummīm, "perfection" or "truth") are elements of the hoshen, the breastplate worn by the High Priest attached to the ephod, a type of apron or garment.
