Jane Dorothy Hartley (born April 18, 1950) is an American businesswoman and diplomat who served as the United States Ambassador to the United Kingdom under the Biden administration. She had previously served as the U.S. Ambassador to France and Monaco from 2014 to 2017 during the Obama administration .
