2023年9月1日 · LOE means you're a competitive candidate once you finish your application. I don't know that it does, it just provides an opportunity to do an overnight visit. The CFA isn't required for the LOA so it probably isn't what kept you from getting the LOA

2009年7月11日 · Basically, if USMA finds you a strong enough candidate to offer an LOA, your MOC will see you as a strong candidate as well. Of course, this depends on many factors, including how many applicants there are from your area.

2013年10月16日 · Loe means with information you provided, if you complete your application you are very competitive for an appointment. LOE and LOA.... There will be very very few LOAs granted this year. They are reserved for candidates that have something very special that can contribute to WP.
