When Fort Cavazos’ Soldiers began deploying in 2003, the USO began providing snacks and other services for every outbound and inbound flight, as well as for families at homecoming ceremonies. Since then, the USO has expanded its footprint in the former River’s Building and continued its mission to serve.

USO Fort Sam Houston - is located at 1395 Chaffee Rd. at Fort Sam Houston. We are housed in the Sam Houston Community Center and serve approximately 11,000 service members a month. It’s a Health and Wellness Center which includes a state of the art fitness center.

USO San Antonio offers morale-boosting and family-strengthening programs to Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, Coast Guardsmen, National Guard and Reserve, and their families throughout South Texas. It also provides a touch of home to troops and military families who pass through the 5 San Antonio USO Centers annually.
