2023年7月12日 · Uzedy injection is an extended-release injectable suspension used in adults to treat schizophrenia (a mental illness that causes disturbed or unusual thinking, loss of interest in life, and strong or inappropriate emotions). Uzedy belongs to a class of medications called atypical antipsychotics.

UZEDY is an atypical antipsychotic indicated for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults. (1) Administer UZEDY by subcutaneous injection in the abdomen or upper arm by a healthcare professional. Do not administer by any other route. (2.1)

UZEDY must be administered by a healthcare professional as an abdominal or upper arm subcutaneous injection. Do not administer UZEDY by any other route.
