2019年10月25日 · Currently, The City’s contractor, Valentine Corporation, is installing 600 linear feet of concrete v-ditch and over 1000 linear feet of asphalt concrete berm adjacent to the landslide repairs at 70 Irwin, as part of an effort to protect the hillside from future erosion caused by storm water runoff.

It is imperative that v-ditches are maintained clear of debris so that water can easily flow through them during a storm event. For all v-ditches on private property, it is the responsibility of the private property owner to keep them clear. Remove any leaves, sticks, rocks; Don’t build any structures over your v-ditch

2017年1月10日 · The original part of the ditcher is the twirling thing. It goes along and dugs/twirls/flings the dirt out to make a ditch with the radius of the twirlly doohickey. This bloke has added the wings to it to feather the edges of the ditch so that it is not 6" deep and a foot wide with sharp edges. It is now 3' wide (or so) and same depth.
