Some say the v7 is 15-20% larger than the USDM STI TMIC and that the v8 is the same size as the USDM STI TMIC. Others say the v7 is 15-20% larger than the USDM STI TMIC and that the v8 is the same size as the v7.

2017年8月3日 · Got the engine from jdmracingmotors. So far the car has a version 8 sti transmission with dccd (no controller hooked up right now) competition clutch pressure plate with stock sti flywheel (had my friend fly-cut it on a bridgeport) and an organic disc. I'll be retaining the electronic throttle body so that I can hopefully keep cruise control.

About a month ago I ran across a pretty clean wrx , nice sti swap, had legit documents to prove what was done to the car ( shop built the entire car for the most par) so i knew it was solid.

2003年12月19日 · V8 is large port as well. Ron at Axis said the V8 heads are the highest flowing heads yet. V7's had 256 cams, RA's have 258's and V8's had 256's. The Cams are a big difference. The RA's have less lift and alot more duration and a different slope. See the Cam thread for graphs. The V7 STi and V8 STi cams are really a sore spot..
