2006年6月9日 · I am using a VH45DE from a 1992 Q45 and my Z is a 1990 NA 2+2 Z32. Many parts are interchangable from the Q and Z so it will definately benefit you in the long run to buy both cars. I picked up my Z for 1020.00 and my Q for 456.00, both off ebay.

2009年7月12日 · Thank you. The VK56 intake manifold will be installed on an Cammed NA. The VH45DE is going on a twin turbo. The VK56DE OEM intake manifold is designed for low end torque and really suffocates the cams with the long runners and small throttle body. The intake runners are 7.25" vs OEM approx. 20". The custom intake also has a larger runner diameter.

2021年7月19日 · The VH45DE came from the factory with 'dumb' CoP packs, meaning the ignitor (really a switching transmission) is external to the coil module. So the VH45DE ignitor (also used on early SR20 DE as an aside) is not needed in a smart coil setup, but there are some harness considerations, more on that in a bit.

2019年5月7日 · Here is the donor car, well front half of it (not sure what year it is). Nissan President HG50 with a vh45de. This engine was extremely clean and well taken care of in the glove box there was all the owners manuals and complete service history. The engine has just under 99,000kms on it.

2007年10月8日 · So I’m debating in wether to put a RB26DETT or a VH45DE engine into a 350z. Which is a better engine? For at least 800hp? My goal is to have at least 800hp or to run at least low 11’s in ¼ mile . If I do install a VH45DE I want to be able to turbo charge it or supercharge it which ever makes the most power.

2002年11月12日 · Okay, now that I have your attention I have always theorized about using the AEM EMS from the 300ZX on the VH45DE motor. A few days ago I compared the pinouts of the three ECUs (300ZX, 1994 VH45, AEM EMS) and made a spreadsheet with the discrepancies. It looks like there is a good overlap but some functions got swapped around.

2005年4月9日 · The VH45DE has siamesed exhaust ports (bad for flow), whereas the VH41DE has significantly higher flowing heads. In base trim, the power difference is around 11HP, but for modification, the VH41DE is the more desirable platform due to its significantly better heads, and smaller physical size.
