The VA Heartland Network - VISN 15 consists of seven health care systems, with nine VA Medical Centers (VAMC), and 63 Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC), within the states of Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana, and Arkansas.

This VISN has 67 healthcare facilities and serves Veterans in Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, and Missouri. Collectively, its healthcare facilities have created 7 innovations and have adopted 66 innovations.

This VISN has 36 Primary Care CBOCs, 17 Other Outpatient Service facilities, 9 Multi-Specialty CBOCs, 9 VA Medical Centers, and 1 Health Care Center.
